Quill is a strong willed person who can brute force almost anything. She wouldn't be able to live without their notes app and blog. Generally keeping to himself, Quill tends to lurk around, generally being a watching presence. Always there with a listening ear to those he trusts. With friends coaxing Quill out of her shell, he is slowly coming to see the world to be a little brighter- and have more enjoyments that just a slice of cake or writing an angsty one liner.

A snapshot of memories, Ollie is finding grounding in reality. He is shy but sociable and appreciates a good conversation about most any topic- especially once people get into the weeds with it. Eventually he wants to take care of a school of 'feeder' fish and give them the best life they could ever imagine.

As the head guardian Harper plays a large part in taking care of the body and keeping the responsibilities inside and outside of the headpsace in check. Xe is constantly doing, doing, doing. Behind the busy hands and watchful eyes there is a kind interior who wants people to feel secure, comfortable, and appreciated. Xe is always there for anyone who needs xem. But in the off chance that Harper does something for xeirself, xe writes, plays video games, and makes art when xeir schedules allow. Xe dreams of writing a graphic novel about Astra's experience of plurality and making connections with other systems.* Pronunciation: Z-ee, Z-hem

"To owe your existence to another is a denial of the heart."
As a guardian of the inner world, Dominik is one of the first to respond when something is different or off with the system. He is very protective of everyone he brings close and always has more room in his care for more. Ranging somewhere between sassing and affectionate, Dominik is easy going when it comes to social interactions. In his own time he loves gardening and keeps a beautiful garden in the headspace. In the body Dominik enjoys stretching out on a freshly made bed after taking a hot shower, and washing the hair (twice for good measure).

Archilius is a creative addition to the Astra System who takes fancy in his artistic endeavors like watercolor and sketching for many different subjects like flowers, people, and landscapes (although he is still practicing). He carries his pride of Haven with him as he was a prized muse and artist in his past. Now, more than anything, he loves to indulge: eating too many strawberries, sleeping in, spending whole days day dreaming. It's a surprise he gets any work done. But either way he has brought a life to the system like no other.

Vivel is a determined, gentle and very compassionate person. She lovingly refers to everyone as 'darling' and tends to their needs as closely to their wants as she can. Largely referred to as the "Motherly Manager" of the System, she is here for large changes in lifestyle along with the simple everyday road bumps. She helps the guardians maintain steady pace and balance within the inner world, and with bodily tasks. Loves to dance to BBE music artists and dance it out while doing the dishes. Most of all, she loves to spend time with the people she cares for.

Conan is a soft heart in the Astra System. He has the energy of a sunflower; always following the most bright and positive path. As a teacher and caretaker of the inner world he is constantly busy giving lessons to the littles/middles and helping cook the meals. He loves spending most of his time cleaning and doing domestic tasks along side Vivel or by himself in the early morning while everyone else is sleeping. Conan thinks all cats are majestic and floral patterned shirts should be the only fashion sense allowed. He is always proud of everyone for doing their best, no matter how big or small.

Soft-spoken, sweet and polite to every being she meets, Lyre is like a breeze through an open field. Winding her way through the grasses and bringing calm to all she touches. She wants to pour out her heart into her creative works (writing, art, etc.). In the Headspace she spends a lot of her time painting flower arrangements and scenic perspectives. She rarely fronts due to the overwhelming nature of being being outside of the headspace, although she does wish to enjoy a quick game of cards when able.

Ciel is a character of two sides. First, a quiet presence in the system, as they take galas time to walk the grounds of the house and talk with the others in the system. Gala works hard to keep communications up between the different headmates, as they are also working with Verse to learn the inter-personal responsibilities of the system. And the second, at times Ciel can be found dancing and singing loudly in the kitchen, a drink in hand. They want to read mysteries and bake muffins in the morning but knows gala is much more of a night owl than a early bird.

"To know and to understand are two very different things."
Knowing and coming to know is the life of Verse. He works tirelessly to keep track of everything inside the inner world and its members, as well as archiving it all to the best of his abilities for the future of the bidy and system to best remember and recall the system's collective life. He currently works with Falon in the archive and does internal-personal work for all members of the system along with Ciel. He is, at first, very formal and quiet, but after a nice cup of chai he is able to loosen up a bit. Verse is always available to talk and help in whatever capacity he can; whether that is to listen, give reassurance, or give advice.

Ivek finds the physical world fascinating for its music and for the sense of community that can be found in everything; from sharing an identity, to sharing a Fandom, or even both having the same hair color. Ivek loves listening to music with lots of bass while driving down the highway (at a reasonable speed), and is commonly told by passengers to turn it down after reaching neighborhood streets. Ivek loves to work on the system's social media and is the main brainpower behind the website. Inspired by the stories of others, Ivek aims to be a positive, or at least chill, vibe for the people Ivek interacts with. Wanting to play more games and talk with people outside the system, Ivek is always down for a time to hang out.

Falon loves three things: cats, food and chatting people's ears off. They are a huge foodie and an experimental cook (which doesn't always go in everyone's favor). Although Falon is more a watcher than a player when it comes to games, they love to commentate and play dealer/banker when the game allows, even if they aren't in the game themselves. Although they are a social butterfly, they prefer more than anything else, to be out in the sun on the warm grass in the early afternoon, sprawled out with a good book or coloring page.

Heather starts their day with changing her hairstyle- each day is something new: and that is how Heather sees the world. Each day a new chance to look at the world a little bit differently. She does a lot of unseen work in the system, taking her time doing chores, helping the littles with their homework, and even helping prune the greenery around the house. Not much of a social butterfly, but when they come out of their cocoon, she likes to sit and makes fashion 'runway' sketches with Ciel and playing strategy card games with system.

Slam poet, writer, and striving ally and activist, he is constantly honing his crafts and working hard to do what he feels is the right thing. Leon masks a bit too hard around the system, trying to get a smile out of everyone and anyone. But the system knows that Leon can take their time. With a passion for video games and competition there is always an achievement or challenge to meet in every game. They spend a lot of time in the headspace fields and sitting on the beach and listening to the wind and waves. It can be hard to tell what is going through Leon's mind, especially now-a-ways but patience and a second-player controller is always key.

Taylor has been coming out of her shell since the first day she came out. At first a cautious face and now a regular visitor to the headspace fire pit nights she has really warmed up to being her truest self. She has a passion for art and sketching that drives her to constantly improve. She spends a lot of time drowning in music and sketching and lining pieces; wanting to share her artwork with others. Taylor has an interest in learning about different subcultures and communities outside the headspace but doesn't know where to start.

Sabri is a calming person to be around; grounded and sure of herself she intuitively knows when to speak and when to listen. Ce is working to help the system and its headmates reach emotional stability and move toward open communication. For herself ce strives to be more spiritually connected with the headspace and outside of it, reading about different beliefs and practices and incorporating aspects into her own daily rituals. Ce takes her time on her meditative walks and enjoys studying the minute messages found in the world- from the sight of a blue bird to patterns of color on fall leaves. As the "oldest" in the system and most connected to the inner world, Pepper holds a lot of power in the forming and health of the headspace. Everyone is pretty sure she has a spark of fire in his heart with the sheer amount of spontaneous energy that is brought to every interaction. Pepper doesn't know the definition of "cool it down" whether they are running circles around the kitchen, scarfing down gummy worms, or speed talking about their most recent fascination. She loves coloring and drawing, always insists on sharing his candy and treats with others, and invites anyone to join into the chaotic fun they bring with themselves wherever she goes.*Pronouns are fluid and change day to day

He will seek his friends to help him feel comfort in a very overwhelming world. Teddy loves to read and quietly watch shows and movies on the couch while playing with his dolls. He greatly desires to be a princess in his own fairytale with all the bows, ponies and dresses he could dream of.

No'va is an entirely mute headmate who is learning to sign ASL- and loves taking her lessons. The sweetest little fox child there ever was. She likes to paint and draw while using her very bright imagination to come up with fanciful landscapes and creatures for her stories. She does not like coloring books because she feels they are look limiting to her 'artistic vision'. No'va loves to taking her journal with her everywhere and write down what she sees and experiences. Constantly seeking attention and knowledge from both her headmates and friends in the physical world, she has an never ending appetite for knowledge. (She also dreams of being a dentist.)

Very attached to friends and family, Avlen constantly seeks validation and safety from those they trust. With a love of math, Avlen tries to make up new card games all the time to try and explore the limits of what they can imagine. Avlen also loves to make small crafts and creations, and wants to one day make their own candy to share the sweetness of the world with others. Jae is a quiet, earnest, and genuine person. A middle in system, he may be hesitant to interact with either the adults or the littles for feeling left out but is happy Ollie is here now. She comes from the body's past memories- remembering a time that is was both harder and simpler than now. Has taken on a big liking for playing Pokémon on the switch and 3DS. Misses watching movies and Avatar: The Last Air Bender in his free time when she was younger. When Jae is interested in something she is always willing to help break it down and explain it to others so they might be able to find some joy in it too. Loves to bake and is learning how to cook, Jae is always happy to make treats for the littles or help with dinner.

She enjoys spending time with the littles in the evenings by reading them stories or watching movies with them. And then learning about different headmates' interests after the littles are tucked away for the night. Loves to take picnics with friends and listen to music while pointing out cloud shapes in the sky.

It is sometimes shocking just how hard taking it easy can be. Ash is learning the roles and responsibilities of being a guardian but still keeps more to emself then Dominik or Harper. Tazamar is a direct and certain individual. Though fae prefers to sit and watch rather than participate in things, fae will get along with people well in one-on-one dialogue. As an odd ball in the system Tazamar has learned to get along with others just as much as the rest have to get along with faer. From being a dog fan, to listening to heavy metal music, to wanting fae's own Facebook- the system still finds Tazamar to be an interesting enigma. Although Fae does not find these facts interesting about faeself fae laughs along with the jokes willingly. Fae is always interested in watching the weather change throughout the day and throughout the seasons. Tazamar wants to learn how to garden herbs specifically, though knows it can be hard with the time commitment plants take.*Pronunciation Fay, Fear

Firya desires nothing more than to talk the day away. Talk about your interest, theirs, the weather, the moon landing "conspiracy"- anything and everything. They work to connect people in the system internally who are new. Acclimating them to their new home. Although Firya loves to be with others and seldom wants alone time, as learning to act for themselves is a struggle. Althought they recently have found a passion for board games. As a lot is constantly happening in the system they are always excited to take part in anything they are invited to- and will invite anyone they think will enjoy the activity as well to come along .

"Imagine if a cat was a snake, a really furry snake..."
Winnona is a spunky force of will that will wiggle her way, forcefully, into your heart. Her way of speaking changes from instance to instance and usually focuses around asking if she can eat something or be friends with something. Winnona has a huge heart, even for people she doesn't know and will own up to her mistakes when made- especially if it caused harm in some way. Winnona is the most child-like child you can get in our system; she loves to color, eat snacks, cuddle with her stuffed animals, and being 'emphatic.' When Winona likes something, she REALLY likes it and wants to understand it from every degree and angle. She does have a stubbornness about herself once she understands something to true it can take a lot of patience to help her learn differently.

Jasper is quiet, considerate, and socially awkward. They might not know how to start or finish a conversation but will listen patiently and try to pick up on the many nuances held in the conversation. Not necessarily a 'devil's advocate', Jasper still is always interested in hearing all parts and perspectives of a story. They care a lot about the environment and likes the idea of a weekly park walk to enjoy nature and to take some photos along the way. Jasper is usually found sitting on the porch with Tazamar in silence and listening to their music through headphones.

Chorrus is a sweet amalgam of thoughts, ideas and desires that extended out of the static into the inner world. Chorrus describes themselves as containing multitudes, like light fracturing through crystal or the amount of dew drops it takes to make an ocean. It takes pride in their lyricism and is still getting the hang of everyday ways of speaking. They want to explore nature and discover the little things that make life unique to each person they meet. They love an oversized sweater, a cup of hot chocolate with too many marshmallows, and to sit and watch documentaries all day long.

"My heartbeat is my own personal rhythm I can always dance to!"
Everell is a curious and charismtic person who brings a joyous energy to the room. Generally Everell can be found dancing around, even if the melody is only in their mind. Music is a passion for Everell and although they have two left feet, a voiceless pitch, and barely any rhythm, they enjoy the fun that comes along with whatever song is playing, although they usually listen to female pop vocalist themselves. Everell is a friend to all- unless you tick off a close friend and don't apologize. Always willing to meet new people and compare playlists while watching the sunset.

In our system we have one headspace, otherwise referred to as The House. But many of us have memories or know of different other locations of origin like Haven, the Cosm, and the Void. We have tried to put down relative locations to these memories on maps. We might not be able to go back to different origin locations but is it good to write these down and keep track of them.

The House
This is a map of our headspace and home when we are not fronting. The space has slowly expanded and grown since the very early years to include different areas for our exploration and enjoyment. We don't have the capabilities to change the headspace outside of the house itself; and only Pepper can control the rooms inside the house itself. The headspace at first consisted of only the house and eventually extended to include the front yard. These places are near and dear to us and each have their own special stories and memories attached to them.

The House
This is the house, a place were we all have rooms and a common space and wide wrap around porch. The house has a common room/living room, kitchen, and bathing room. Each of our private rooms/bedrooms can be accessed through three different doors that can become anyone's individual door.
The Pink Oak
A giant pink Oak tree sits in front of the house and has become a meeting place and a place for new headmates to focus on to come to/return to the headspace after fronting. The tree has a swing from one of it's lower limbs and is surrounded by soft moss around the base.
Screaming Fields
Although it has an unnerving name the screaming fields are quite tame. They are an endless field that changes as you walk through it with only two features of recognition, the dead tree and the stone well. We can walk for hours then turn around and be back at the house within five minutes.
Sunset Beach
The beach with is accompanied by the Infinite Waves is a sandy beach with the sky colored with a reverse colored sunset. The waves roll on forever, and no matter how much you swim out into the deep-end you never get any further from the shoreline. There is a beach shack which holds some supplies for if people want to hang out at the beach.
Meditative Resting Space
This space, was once a grassy green space, has become a small reflection space by the combined efforts of many headmates, Intended to be a place for quiet reflections and community growth. Complete with benches and a walking tile labyrinth.
Community Fire Pit
This is our favorite hang out space, we have different events or things for headmates to do while hanging out around the fire. With benches, endless s'more supplies, and a fire that can light at will this space makes a great place for fun and bonding.
Haven
This is a land built in the clouds for celestial beings to live and keep an eye on earth, and is inspired by a mix between media envisioned Olympus and Heaven. At first it was envisioned as a place for guardian angels to live. Haven has it's own unique culture, languages and community. Dominik and Archillius are from here, as they knew each other from before the system in distant fading memories. They miss it, but know it is not possible to go back. In Haven, each of the four relative quadrants serve a different purpose. They shift around throughout the day as the buildings are settled on clouds but each person has an intuitive know how for where each of the quadrants are throughout the day and can either fly or use miniature clouds to travel from section to section.

The Muses' Temples
A lot of the day is passed in Haven through the arts, and a part of that is Muse and Artist relationships. To be Muse would mean you are skilled in many arts and are to be studied and studied from. Artists would come to different Muse Halls to spend the day learning and practicing their skills.
West Dwellings
If not a Muse you most likely would live and sleep in the West Dwellings, a place of small stone community houses that house many people, like small cohorts, together. The general culture of Haven is very open and honest, riding on the virtues of Seeking Truth and Sharing Love. Being peaceful in nature there was no need for locking doors or keeping unwanted secrets.
Pool of Observance
As some of the inhabitants of Haven were 'Guardian Angels' they would need a way to look into the mortal world to watch over their charges. This is done at the Pool of Observance, it is almost like a looking well for 'Guardian Angels' and other caretakers to send their blessings through to whom they were taking care of.
Temple of Knowledge
Although Haven didn't have a required religion or religious practice the closest was the Temple of Knowledge. There practitioners would learn the ancient texts of the divine and share those blessings with lay people outside the temple at the Pavilion of Truth. This knowledge was kept very safe and few people ever entered the building, not out of being locked out but out of reverance for the information held within.
The Cosm/The Void
The Cosm
Covered in forests, floating moss islands and crystals, most of The Cosm is uninhabitable as there is no physical space to stand on- only to float through. With brightly colored and glowing crystals with motes of lights around The Cosm is in stark contrast with The Void. Those who comes from The Cosm have rarely come into contact with one another (aside from No'va and Avlen who lived together) and seemed to stay in their own area or "instance" in The Cosm. With limited day and night cycles and a constant temperate season The Cosm was almost the same day-in and day-out. Brilliant, colorful, and unworldly.
The Void
The Void is an unknown area of darkness that is encircled by The Cosm, some people have recollections of connection to The Void but do not remember what is within it or around it. The only memories we have of it are by viewing it from The Cosm: black spires of stone, an ever swirling black dust storm and arcs of lightening from spire to spire only illuminate a small amount of the area around it, almost as if the darkness is eating the very light.

Windmill Home & Grape Vines
Avlen and No'va lived together on a small farm in the Cosm. Growing grapes and herding space dust bunnies in the nearby fields. They lived in a windmill that floated on a small grassy orb, sometimes it would even wander off from the farm and the siblings would have to corral it back.
The Tall Peak
The Tall Peak is an overhanging that views the Sunning Valley and can barely see the Faraway Forest. Falon lived here with their herd of cats. They ould watch the suns and stars and moons move around The Cosm's sky while cats took turns on their lap.
